Though our athletes faced numerous unprecedented challenges throughout this school year, the resilience, perseverance, and grit they displayed brought them great success. In the fall, we saw our football team bring home another state title and our girls soccer team worked their way into the state tournament for the first time since 1998. Alondra Morales became the first girls wrestling state champion in school history and Emma Villa battled finishing with a second place finish, our boys basketball team won the league title and fell just shy of a trip to the state tournament, and our spring sports began their campaigns with dominant performances (unfortunately, at the time I am writing this, I do not know the results of their seasons).

There is much to celebrate, and even more hard work ahead of us. Construction continues to take place throughout the district, and we look forward to continuing our commitment to improving our athletic facilities. Almost all of our fall, winter, and spring schedules are set for next year. They will be uploaded to Arbiter and available for viewing by June. Looking ahead, I am excited to see our athletes and teams perform, and am hopeful that we will enter into the coming seasons without any COVID restrictions. Go Knights!!
