Improve reading and math skills.  

Increase the reading and math skills of 60% of Freshmen and Sophomore students as shown on the NWEA/ MAP tests during the fall. This puts freshmen on track towards reaching the 70% growth rate during the May NWEA.

No freshmen failing any classes!  Royal High school desires for 90% of freshmen have
a passing grade year-round.

Show up daily!  It matters!  The Royal School District aims to enhance attendance rates to 65%? by December 2023 then to 75% attendance by March 31, 2023.
